The legislation states that Thorough Examinations can only be carried out by a competent person and that person should not normally service or maintain the equipment being Examined. The competent person should be free from fear or favour to conduct the Examination and give a true an accurate description of any repairs, adjustments or replacements along with timescales for their completion or if required, remove the equipment from service until such time it is made safe.

You are therefore assured of an accurate and truthful report on the condition of your truck at the time of Examination.
