If you can't find an answer to your question on our website we have compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions. We have a team of engineers and technical experts on hand to help answer any of your queries.
All of our engineers are competent, trained and audited. Licenced for workplace transport and supported by Head Office for technical support. We do not brokerage out to third parties therefore we can ensure consistency and quality.

We have dedicated office personnel so you will always have a single point of contact. If you have been visited by the HSE or you have an urgent request we can escalate the response at your request.
Inspection reports are checked, processed and emailed to you within 24-48 hours following inspection. Our reports are on a free, secure and fully searchable online portal which will hold your reports for 3 years for easy access and free download of duplicate certificates and reports. This ensures you or your designated colleague will have access to your report(s), for auditing purposes. Simply put in a fleet or serial number and bring up 3 years of inspection for one item. No other company can offer this bespoke service.
We have a library of Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Health & Safety Policy documents for inspection purposes. These can either be emailed directly to you before our visit or accessed on our online portal. Get in touch to request login details.
We offer no-obligation quotations for comparison. If you decide to use our services, you are not bound into any long term contract unless requested, or if you require a multi fleet 2 or 3 years fixed price.
Yes. We work alongside the industry so we can offer a trade package that will support you and your customer. This covers bookings, emailing and inspections so you get a complete solution. This can be for all of your equipment or just to support out of the area that would benefit your business.
